What data we collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through contact forms and listing submissions, such as name, email address, phone number, preferred language, property details, and message content. We may also process technical data needed to operate the site securely (for example bot-protection tokens).

How we use your data

We use submitted data to respond to enquiries, connect you with our agent where relevant, review and approve or reject listing submissions, and operate and improve the website. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data storage (Supabase)

Listing and related application data may be stored using Supabase. Where configured, data is processed on EU-based infrastructure. Access is limited to what is needed to run ThaiPlot.

Email delivery (Resend)

Transactional emails (for example form notifications) may be sent via Resend so we can receive and handle your enquiry or listing submission.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics GA4 (measurement ID G-LR89JN9T3L) for anonymous/aggregated website statistics. Analytics load only after you consent via the cookie banner. We do not sell personal data.

Security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible mode) for spam protection on forms. Turnstile processes data in accordance with the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Turnstile does not set cookies.

Analytical: Google Analytics GA4 (G-LR89JN9T3L) — only after consent via the banner. None: advertising cookies — ThaiPlot does not place advertising cookies. Essential local storage may be used to remember your cookie choice. You can clear site data in your browser at any time.

Your rights and deletion

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. To request deletion or exercise privacy rights, email info@thaiplot.com.

Data retention

Form submissions and related enquiry records are kept for a maximum of 2 years, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or dispute reasons. Approved public listing content may remain published until removed or updated.
